When I decide to have my surgery with Refresh, how will the process work?

Once the dates of your Istanbul visit are set, we will organize your first-examination and operation. We prefer to perform your surgery, in the first few days of your arrival, so that you will be close to your surgeon while you are healing. You will know the exact days and times of your first-examination and operation before you arrive in Istanbul.

I don’t know anybody in Istanbul. Would you help me with my accommodation and transfers?

Of course! We make your airport transfers with our private cars. If you would like, we can provide you with a private driver for all your transfers in Istanbul so that you don’t suffer from traffic stress and only enjoy your refreshing and seeing Istanbul.

You can choose from various hotels on our list that are near the facility the facilty of your treatent. We then would make a reservation for you at that hotel. Refresh can even make a reservation with these hotels, costing between 30-50 Euros per night including breakfast. In order to provide you with a safe and comfortable stay for your renewal process, we organize your operation, transfer and accommodation before you arrive in Istanbul.

I have never been to Istanbul before. What if I have a difficulty that I cannot handle by myself?

Since, you will know everything in detail about your operation, accommodation and transportation before you arrive in Istanbul the possibility of an unexpected situation is very little. In case you need to reach us, we will give you our call center’s telephone numbers and someone will be available to help you 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. All of our team will do everything possible to ensure that you enjoy your stay in Istanbul as much as possible.

The duration of my Istanbul visit will be quite short. Will I need to see another doctor when I go back to my country?

For every surgery, the minimum amount of days that patients should spend in Istanbul is provided in the section of the treatment you are interested in. These days are set according to the recovery time of each surgery. Therefore, if you stay for the days that we recommend for your treatment, you would not need to see another doctor when you go back to your country.

What if I have questions for my surgeon 2 or 3 months after my surgery, will I be able to contact you easily?

Not only after 2 or 3 months, even if you have questions after 2 or 3 years after your surgery, you will always be able to contact us easily. One of the things that separates us from our competition is that we are constantly in touch with our clients before and after their surgeries. We call or email our patients regularly to learn about their after surgery progress.
